This is an error that has been reported on machines that have an ARM based chip, such as the Microsoft Surface Pro X.
When trying to install a 64-bit version of the software the following message will appear:
x64 Apps cannot run on your PC
Find an x86 or ARM64 version of this app instead
Solution:
Install the 32-bit version of the software.
