If when doing an Online Update in Virtual Shopfloor (VS) or vsHome it errors saying that there is no Internet Connection, please click ‘Show Log’ .

Then check your installed programs, some malware are known to cause this connection problem in java.
Please uninstall any of the following malwares if they are found:
- RelevantKnowledge
- PremierOpinion
Try the Online Update again, this should hopefully restore the connection for a successful Online Update.
