If that doesn't solve the problem, then you can try to set "Adjust Switchable Graphics" to "Maximize performance" for both "On battery" and "Plugged in" settings for the laptop. The way to get to the "Adjust Switchable Graphics" will vary depending on the type of graphics card you have:
- For AMD, you can right click on the desktop and go to "Adjust Switchable Graphics"
- For NVIDIA, you may have to go via your Windows 10 power options.
