The report editor in Virtual Shopfloor can be used to add shapes, images and text to create personalised and unique reports. We have some new features within the report editor that improve usability as well as providing more options for layout and alignment.
Grid ON/OFF
Once you are within the report editor you can right-click anywhere on the selected report to bring up the mouse menu. You will see the option ‘Grid OFF’ to indicate the Grid is switched off, select this option and the grid will become visible, changing the option to ‘Grid ON’.
Once the grid is visible you have the option to change the spacing of the grid. Simply right click again and hover over the option ‘Sub-grid’ on the drop down menu. You can then select which size grid layout you’d like to use.
