The remake control option allows you to hand pick individual profiles from the model and then generate reports exclusively for these profiles.

This can be useful if having generated all the paperwork for a full model, you just need to redo the reports for a single profile without having to re-generate the paperwork for the whole model again.

Access the Remake Control via the Extras option on the top menu, this will bring up the Remake manager dialog box which needs to be populated with the profiles you want to create extra reports for.

To populate the dialog box, make sure you are in the model view (plan, elevation or 3D view) which will allow you to pick each member from the model with a double mouse click.

Add a member to the remake list by selecting the Add Items button on the Remake manager dialog box each time you want to add another member from the model.

Once a member has been added, all the profiles it contains will be listed.

Each profile in the list has the option to be switched off (and not shown in the reports) by setting the remake option to No. With the list completed, go to the Reports tab to generate the reports as normal.

To move out of Remake mode when creating further reports, make sure the list of profiles in the Remake manager dialog box is deleted.
