When your supplier creates your Purchase Portal login account you will receive an email which includes a link to reset your password. It will look like the image below. To set your new password you select the option 'Set your new password'.



Once you have reset your password, you cannot use the 'reset password' option as a way to access the Purchase Portal again. If you attempt to do this an error message will occur that says:


"The password reset token is invalid" 



For security reasons, once the link is used to change the password it is invalidated so it can not be used again.
If you have already set the password, you should just go directly to the website on:

You must not click on the email link to access the site, the link is purely for setting the password before first use.

   

If by some reason you have not been able to set your password and your link has become invalidated you can reset your password by going to the website at:

and clicking on "Forgot your password?"
